A Neighborhood
Tradition, Done Right.
The Tavern began with a simple conviction: that a community deserves bread worth waking up for. Since opening our doors on North 21st Avenue, we've been baking small-batch loaves, laminating layers by hand, and sourcing groceries the way you'd pick for your own table.
Nothing here is rushed. Our sourdough ferments overnight. Our croissants get seven turns. Every item in the pantry section is something we'd serve guests. That's the standard — and it hasn't changed.
